Part details
This rotary hook is the stitch-forming heart of each Barudan embroidery head. It turns under the needle plate in time with the needle, catches the needle-thread loop and carries it around the bobbin case to lock it with the bobbin thread, forming every stitch. A worn, burred or damaged hook point is a common cause of skipped stitches, thread breaks, shredded thread and noisy running. Replacing a damaged hook is often the quickest way to bring a head back to clean stitching. Barudan machines use different hooks for small-bobbin and middle-bobbin heads, and hook types vary between machine generations. Before ordering, check your machine model, your bobbin size and the number marked on your existing hook. After fitting, hook timing and needle clearance must be set correctly. Embroidery Solutions supplies Barudan spare parts across Pakistan from Faisalabad. Send us your machine model or a photo of your old hook on WhatsApp and we will help you confirm the right replacement.
