Market / Price Guides

We don't publish fixed prices here — the market moves and stock changes. What we can tell you is exactly what moves the price, so you know what to ask about.

What Drives Embroidery Machine Pricing

Brand, number of heads, needles per head, motor type (servo vs stepper), and machine age/condition all move the price independently — a single-head starter unit and a 20-head production line aren't even in the same conversation. Used Japanese machines (Tajima, Barudan, Happy) hold value differently depending on stitch count and service history, not just age.

What Drives Spare Parts Pricing

Genuine vs compatible parts is the biggest factor, followed by how common the part is for that model generation. Rotary hooks and needle plates for widely-installed models (Tajima TMEG, for example) are typically easier to source at a stable price than parts for older or less common Barudan and Happy generations.

What Drives Service & AMC Pricing

One-off repairs are usually priced by the issue and parts needed. Annual maintenance contracts are priced around machine count, how many shifts you run, and whether you want scheduled visits or on-call response — a heavily used production line justifies a different plan than a single machine run part-time.
