Installation Setup for Embroidery Machines

Getting a new or used embroidery machine from delivery to full production involves more than plugging it in. Correct floor positioning, power and grounding checks, and frame leveling all affect stitch accuracy from the first run.

Our installation service covers full mechanical setup, hook and tension calibration, software and design-file configuration, and a supervised test run across multiple designs and fabric types before we hand the machine over.

For used machines especially, a proper installation catches transport damage or misalignment early — problems that are far cheaper to fix during setup than after weeks of uneven stitching have gone unnoticed.
